How to deliver food using Foodifox
Make sure you're already registered and logged into the Foodifox Drop-Off app.

Find the locker location
Our lockers are perfect for delivery, they're always located on the groundfloor! Located near the front entrance, lobby, or parcel room. They’re hard to miss.
Open the Drop-Off app
Scan the Locker QR code
Use the Drop-Off app to scan the QR code located next to the locker scanner.
Search for the recipient
Enter the recipient’s unit or apartment number (found on your delivery app or docket).
Select locker size (select locations)
Some locations have multiple locker sizes (MT8 and MT17). If prompted, just select the correct one based on the parcel size.
Select the recipient and confirm
Tap their name, confirm their details match your delivery information, and wait for the locker to open.
Place the food inside & close the door
That’s it! An SMS with the pick-up code is automatically sent to the customer.

After you close the door.
The recipient is automatically informed via SMS of their delivery, and they come collect from the groundfloor when they're ready, so no need for you to communicate with the recipient.
A confirmation screen will show you the locker used and how many reward points you earned
You can also view your delivery history in the Records tab
