How it works
If we use a catering company in an educational setting as an example and let’s say a student orders a meal but can’t make it to the set lunch service time. With Foodifox:
The order is placed through your existing ordering platform.
Our back-end receives the order and notifies your kitchen (via docket, screen or third-party provider integration).
Your staff prepares and loads the order into the smart locker.
Foodifox sends the customer a notification/pick-up code to collect their meal.
Once picked up, it’s marked as fulfilled by the Foodifox system.
