Your use of our website/ app & all services provided by One Plus Kitchen Pty Ltd/ Foodifox are governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set out below (“Terms”), so please read them carefully and contact us with any questions.
These Terms, together with any other policy in relation to the supply or return of goods that are made available on our website/ APP from time to time, form the whole of the agreement in respect of your use of the website/ APP and any purchase of goods.
One Plus Kitchen Pty Ltd/ Foodifox reserves the right to make changes to our terms at any time. By ordering or registering on our website/ APP you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and use them to contact you regarding your order, shipping, and other products or promotions. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed from our subscriber list by either unsubscribing via a link in any email you receive from us, or by contacting our Customer Support.
1. What information do we collect about you?
When you visit our APP/Website or place an order via FOODIFOX’s APP/Website, you may be asked to provide your personal information about yourself including but not limited to:

2. How will we use the information we collect from you?
You consent to FOODIFOX collecting and using your personal information for the following purposes:

By providing your personal information to us, you expressly consent to our disclosure of your personal information to the third parties who process and provide support services to FOODIFOX such as credit/debit card, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay, Union Pay or their services providers. These third parties may also help us analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business and services to you.
Added to this, we may need to provide our information to any of our Merchant Partners that you have placed your order with. By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. FOODIFOX will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3. How we store, protect and secure your information?
We will keep your personal information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires. In the event that you no longer use our APP/Website and services, we will take reasonable actions to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information.
We commit to taking reasonable steps in relation to protecting your personal information from authorised access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We limit access to your personal information to our employees on a need to know basis. Those processing your personal information will only do so in an authorised manner and are required to treat your information with confidentiality.
FOODIFOX is an international company and as a result, regardless of where you use our services, the information collected as part of that use may be transferred to and maintained on servers located in countries other than Australia, such as in Japan. We may from time to time, use third party storage providers for this purpose or transfer your personal information between countries. Although FOODIFOX has implemented administrative, technical and physical security controls that are designed to safeguard your personal information, no online transmission or other activates can be completely secure and error-free. Therefore, FOODIFOX does not guarantee that your personal information is absolutely secure. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any personal information or other information to FOODIFOX.
4. Access to your information
FOODIFOX will use all reasonable endeavours to keep your personal information it holds accurate, complete, up-to-date, relevant and not misleading. Please contact us if you would like to access the personal information FOODIFOX holds about you. We will use reasonable endeavours to provide a complete list of your personal information within a reasonable period. Please email info@Foodifox.com.au if you would like to receive a copy of this information.
You may contact us to correct any of your personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, or to request that your personal information be deleted. We will use reasonable endeavours to correct or delete your personal information as requested within a reasonable period. Deletion of your account with FOODIFOX will not automatically delete the personal information held about you. If you would like FOODIFOX to delete all personal information together with the deletion of your account, please follow the steps mentioned above. Please note that the deletion of your personal information from our database will result in us not being able to provide you with any services. If applicable, any legal requirement on us to maintain certain records of your personal information shall prevail over any of your requests. We may require you to prove your identity before providing you with copies of your personal information.
5. Cookies
Some of the information collected will not personally identify you but will instead track your use of the APP/Website so that we can better understand how the APP/Website is used by customers and in turn enhance and improve your experience in ordering food. We may obtain this information by use of cookies. Cookies are a small data file transferred to your device that recognises and identifies your device and allows your device to ‘remember’ information from the APP/Website for future use. Cookies do not contain any information that personally identifies you and we do not use cookies in order to obtain such information – your personal information can only be obtained by FOODIFOX if you actively provide it to us.
We may collect technical information from your mobile device or your use of our services through a mobile device, for example, location data and certain characteristics of, and performance data about your device, carrier/operating system including device and connection type, IP address, mobile payment methods, interaction with other retail technology such as use of NFC Tags, QR Codes or use of mobile vouchers. FOODIFOX shall have the right to modify, update or amend the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time by placing the updated Privacy Policy on the APP/Websites. By continuing to use the APP/Website or services, communicate or engage with FOODIFOX following the modifications, updates or amendments to this Privacy Policy, you signify your acceptance of such modifications, updates or amendments.

Our APP/Website may have links to other APP/Websites.
This Privacy Policy only applies to the APP/Website. You should therefore read the privacy policies of the other APP/Websites when you are using those sites.
