DropOff App explained
The Foodifox DropOff App is built for couriers, simplifying how third‑party delivery drivers interact with our Smart Lockers. Instead of waiting for access or calling residents, couriers simply scan, drop, and go.
Drivers arrive at a building, scan the locker QR code, find the recipent in the app and complete the delivery – DropOff times can be completed in under 30 seconds! The app is helping reduce failed deliveries and keeps corridors clear of parcels or food bags.
The DropOff App integrates directly with Foodifox’s central platform, ensuring all deliveries are logged, time‑stamped, and linked to resident notifications. For buildings and media partners, this offers valuable performance data and route insights.
Couriers benefit from faster turnover, while buildings gain an organised, traceable delivery system that’s simple to maintain. It’s a win‑win for drivers, managers, and residents alike.
