Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when you book a message on Foodifox Smart Lockers. Here’s how our refund policy works:

💸 Full refunds
If your message is disapproved and we can’t agree on an alternative, you’ll receive a full refund.

⏰ Timing matters
Messages go live at 9:00am each day. Once your message has been displayed, refunds are no longer possible.

⚠️ Cancellations
If you need to cancel your message, you must do so before 9:00am on the scheduled display day.
